“Our service rep, Lori, was very good at explaining things to us, making us feel at ease, and keeping us informed of the progress of the work on our car. (Our car was in the shop for two days.) I took the car in for an oil change and lube, but Berglund mechanics discovered a leaking head gasket. They informed me that the extensive repair would be covered under the five-year powertrain warranty, even though my warranty expires in only four weeks or so. I thought this was very honest on the part of Berglund and GM. Thanks very much.” -Albert T.
